1. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item with photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
2. Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong item, we will provide a full refund or send you the correct item at no additional cost. Please inform us within 14 days of delivery.
3. Change of Mind: If you wish to return a product due to a change of mind, you may do so within 10 days of purchase. The product must be in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. A restocking fee of 20% may apply.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
